Some of our formulas include low levels of natural botanicals that contain these compounds, such as:

• Licorice root extract – included at 0.5% in our day serum to help soothe redness and inflammation.

These ingredients are used topically and in very low concentrations, and current research suggests they are unlikely to be absorbed at levels that affect systemic hormone balance.
