"This feels like a quality natural product on your skin."

It's part of my morning routine and absorbs into my skin beautifully leaving it feeling hydrated and fresh. Love the light fragrance of this product and all day I feel like I've done something good for my skin and my own wellbeing. Using a product of this quality allows you to invest in your own self worth and feel good about it.

"Finally a product to have at hand for those sudden hot flashes."

Just a small amount gently rubbed into the skin soothes and feels like a treat. I dabbed some on when I was feeling a bit anxious and it helped me feel calmer. This product smells amazing. Love the packaging and the inspirational wording.

— M. Bell, Cool and Calm Soothing Gel

"Such a handy product for those achy legs or sore neck."

It absorbs quickly and applying a small amount to chest at night has helped with my sleeping.

"Best Magnesium I've ever used"

This Magnesium Oil is really great. After using different Magnesium products for years, I thought I'd give this Oil a try. A small amount each night before bed, it just soaks in straight away, helps with restless legs but for me most important - my sleep. Great product, loving this new Botanical Balance Range.

It feels wonderful on my skin - I can't believe how quickly it absorbs leaving it soft & smooth with no oily residue. A small amount goes a long way, it smells beautiful, natural and helping me stay balanced. Great product, I love it.

🌿 FAQ & Myth-Busting

Let's bust the myths and answer the questions women really want to ask.

Is perimenopause the same as menopause?

Not quite. Perimenopause is the lead-up to menopause. It can start in your late 30s or early 40s, and it's when your hormones begin to fluctuate. You may still be having periods, just irregular ones. Menopause is confirmed once you’ve gone 12 months without a period. From that point forward, you're considered to be in postmenopause.

🌿Think of perimenopause as the transitional bridge, and menopause as the point when your body settles into its new rhythm.

Why is my skin suddenly so dry and sensitive?

As estrogen declines, your skin produces less oil and holds less moisture, which weakens your skin barrier. The result? Dryness, tightness, flakiness, and increased sensitivity. These are common signs of hormonal skin shifts.

🌿 Support Tip: Use hydrating, barrier-loving products like our Rejuvenate & Hydrate Day Serum and Nourish & Refine Moisturiser to soothe and replenish.

What's the deal with hormonal hair loss?

Hair thinning or shedding during menopause is linked to declining estrogen and progesterone, which normally help keep hair in its growth phase. As these hormones drop, androgens (like DHT) can become more dominant, leading to hair loss, especially around the crown or temples.

🌿 Support Tip: Our Nourish & Revive Hair Serum is designed to support scalp health, encourage growth, and reduce breakage using botanical DHT-balancing ingredients.

Can I use body oil as a moisturiser?

Absolutely. Body oils are a beautiful and effective way to moisturise, especially when applied to damp skin. They create a natural seal to lock in hydration, soothe irritation, and nourish deeply. The key is choosing oils with skin-compatible ingredients, like olive squalane, sunflower, or jojoba.

🌿 Support Tip: Our Cherish & Support Body Oil is crafted to be used daily as a moisturiser, bath oil, or massage oil for soft, supple, hormone-sensitive skin.

Is it normal to feel anxious or off-balance?

Yes, and you’re not alone. Hormonal fluctuations can directly affect neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA, which influence your mood, focus, and emotional resilience. You might feel more sensitive, overwhelmed, or anxious, especially in perimenopause.

🌿 Support Tip: Use grounding rituals and calming tools like Relieve & Recharge Magnesium Oil or Cool & Calm Soothing Gel, and give yourself permission to rest.

🌿Each answer is backed by science, with simple suggestions for natural support.
