International Shipping
We do ship internationally, however, international shipping rates can be expensive due to distance and customs requirements. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

New Zealand
• North Island: 3-5 business days
• South Island: 3-5 business days
• Rural areas: May take an additional 1-2 days

International
• Australia: 7-14 business days
• Other countries: 10-21 business days (varies by location)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

DELIVERY ISSUES

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
NZ Post will leave a card with instructions for collection at your nearest Post Shop or arrange redelivery.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at hello@botanicalbalance.co.nz and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's an issue, contact us at hello@botanicalbalance.co.nz with your order number.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations may not be serviceable. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.


PO BOXES & RURAL ADDRESSES

• We can ship to PO Boxes within New Zealand
• Rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays
